A little over a month after having my jewelry downsized, my nose piercing developed a very large, stubborn irritation bump. I know the piercing was done properly and the jewelry is the best quality, so I'm pretty sure I'm knocking it around while I sleep (or my cat is - but that's a different story).I tried LITHA, homemade salt-water soaks, and two other products - nothing was working and it seemed to get bigger every day. Finally, I remembered that I used H2Ocean many (many) years ago when I had a similar bump on my cartilage piercing, so I figured it wouldn't hurt to try it again for my nose.It arrived on time and was well-packaged. In *two days* it's already half the size it was before. I fully expect it to be totally gone by the weekend, and I'm so relieved. Seriously, if you're on the fence about this - it really does work quickly, it's easy to use, and it's soothing.

Seems to work. My ear isn't sore and red anymore after a week or so of daily use. It is messy. I keep tissue ready to wipe off excess. Maybe I got a bad can or something cause the spray doesnt come out in a mist. It's more of a stream. But I deal with it since it's working.

My daughter is 15 months and I had her ears pierced about 10 weeks ago. Her left ear piercing would get irritated and red every few days, and I tried several different recommended options (including alcohol, sea salt, lavender) of cleaning to try to help it - nothing really worked. Being so young, she did not appreciate me using a q-tip or patting her ear. After doing some research I decided on this spray, since I could get away with not touching her ears.This has worked so great! Super easy to apply, I usually spray her ears the bath tub while she is already wet. If her ear got red, I could spray this on it and within 30 minutes the redness and irritation was gone! Now we've just switched from the piercing starter earrings to 14K Gold baby earrings and we have no irritation or redness at all. But I am still using this once a day in the tub to keep her ears cleaned and irritation free.I highly recommend, especially for little ones who don't like their ears being touched.

Worked wonders on my new nose piercing!! It does spray out all crazy and easy to waste a lot of it, BUT I spray it on cotton swabs then apply it. One can is sure to last me (and my daughter who also uses my can) probably around 6 months. We only use it now to re-heal if we snag our piercings on something.

I recently got 2 cartilage piercings on my ear. I have extremely sensitive ears which means that my ears react easily to metals that are not titanium or gold or sterling silver. I was pierced with surgical steel and I pulled on my cartilage piercing and I felt my piercing start to hurt- like seriously throb. I tried the dial soap solution as well as a salt solution but nothing was working and my ears were still in pain. I was really worried that I had to go to the doctor or have to take my cartilage piercings out! However, I quickly bought this spray online and it arrived the next day. I just got my nose pierced over the Memorial Day weekend. They were selling the H2Ocean at the piercing place but they were selling it for $30! I knew that Amazon would have it for a lot less so I went home and of course, there is was for $12 with prime. I ordered it along with the recommended hand soap, which also retailed for over $20 at the shop but Amazon had it for $6. I was using just sea salt on the piercing with luck but it was still a little sore. About 20 mins after putting on the H2Ocean, my piercing looked and felt soo much better! I definitely would recommend this product for anyone with a new a new piercing! I know you can make your own salt rinse, but this stuff is specifically made to treat and heal a new piercing.

This product is amazing and has helped my piercing so much. I use this in place of sea salt soaks which are just too time consuming and awkward to do for my new industrial piercing. The shipping however was supposed to be two days but it turned into being nearly a week for the product to get to me which is the only reason I have deducted a star.

This came from an outside vendor. It was packaged well and came on time. The product is perfect!!!
