I’ve always had over-supination walking problems. My shoes would wear down on the outside heel, and the more they wore down, the worse the supination problem was and the more uncomfortable walking would be. I bought a set of these to try out in my shoes for work and I can’t tell you how much of a difference they’ve made. My walking is more comfortable, I have the support where I need it on the outside heel, and my shoes aren’t wearing down as fast as they usually do. I like how they come with the three layers, so you can adjust them to be right for you. I used all three layers. The adhesive is very good, too, I was happy with that and I placed them underneath the insole and I haven’t had any problems with them moving around. I’ll be buying a pair of these for each pair of shoes I own.If you’ve always wondered if orthopedics would help you, but are apprehensive to spend the money seeing a specialist, do like I did and try these out first. The price is so reasonable, you will be doing yourself a favor to see if this will be a solution for you. Pain relief is amazing and my walking is better. They’re durable and flexible. Performance is great, Arch support is a must, everything about these makes them a good purchase!

Hurt like HELL the first day, enough that I thought I was gonna have to return them since they didn’t work. Felt little better the next day, and even better the next. My foot muscles were experiencing extreme correction which I didn’t realize. You should probably go with one insert on day one and then add more after. They have helped intensely with my flat feet and plantar fasciitis, and I am able to walk like a normal person with much less pain than before. You do need a shoe with a firmer structure—my converse didn’t work with these, but by new balances were a great fit. 10/10

These wedges making walking and standing feel so much better. The adjustable layers make it easy to customize for comfort and the soft, durable material feels great even after hours of wear. They stay in place and work perfectly in my shoes.

I was skeptical about trying wedges not found at a foot store and I have been pleasantly pleased. The only reason I didn't rate a five star was due to the adhesive. I found this wasn't as strong as I needed for my tennis shoes that I'm active in, so I had actually cut Velcro to the size of the wedge and now I can transfer the one size between shoes. Using these wedges have definitely help eliminate knee pain I was experiencing.

It was about a month before my ankle surgery and I was having alot of pain due to plantar fasciitis and I could tell that I was walking crooked. I had pronation and it was really getting hard to even make it thru the workday, so I had to find a temporary fix until surgery. These gel inserts made a huge difference! I was able to get thru most of the day without discomfort and I love the fact that they are so easy to use. They hold their place in your shoe and provide excellent support. The inserts made it possible for being able to get thru my workday and not be in excruciating pain! Great product!!

Work perfectly. Each pf the 3 seperate layers has peel off backing to stick in your shoes. Mine haven't budged an inch in 2 wks.

I am so happy I found this product! It has really changed my comfort level with walking and standing. I had knee surgery over 20 years ago and now arthritis is affecting my daily life. My orthopedic doctor had given me a similar product to this, but I needed more to place in my other shoes. I couldn't believe the difference in my gait and pain level after using the Skyfoot 3 layer adjustable heel wedge! My pain is completely gone and I am walking normally now, no limp. The design of this product adjusts for the bow-legged stance which was causing me pain in my knee, foot, hip. I have a very active life and a warehouse job that keeps me on my feet on hard concrete and this product has been a game-changer for me!

This is a good, versatile wedge for your shoes. They can be used individually, or stacked on top of each other, depending on how much support you need. They are a little stiff, but work well under the orthotic prescribed by my podiatrist. Definitely more cost effective than custom orthotics.
