The surprisingly large FullVision display into a sleek device provides more room for text, browsing, and wider view when playing games. The 18:9 aspect ratio and QHD Plus resolution also allow superior picture quality for a more engaging viewing experience.

It works well
Bought this phone for my husband, along with an OtterBox defender case and it works well. Touch feature works well, he didn't want the fingerprint feature on so I can't say how that works. It's an international purchase and works well with GSM bands. Overall a good phone.

Disappointing!
It didn't charge up, but Instead drained while plugged in. Had lots of scratches on the back and just didn't work as expected. I return it as it was not worth keeping. Not a good buy.

I've had the phone for about 3 weeks now and thoroughly enjoy the device
Note that this a the European model and might not well work with some US carriers.I've had the phone for about 3 weeks now and thoroughly enjoy the device.Despite my misgivings about a 5.7" screen (I thought it would be too big and ungainly) it turns out that this is the ideal size, giving lots of verical space for apps and content, and horizontally when using to view widescreen content like Netflix. The narrow width makes the device easy to hold and wear in a belt case. The screen is bright and clear.LG's interface skin is fine (on top of Nougat 7.0) , allowing built in theming and other interface tweaks, many of which you would only see in a custom ROM in a rooted device. The default launcher is Iphone-ish, which I don't like, but there is a built in alternative with an app drawer, and other launchers (like Google Now) are available on the Play store.Performance is good (although its a new device) with nothing to complain about. The fingerprint reader works quickly and reliably for waking and unlocking the phone. It is conveniently located too (unlike the Samsung Galaxy 8)The cameras are pretty good, although not as sharp as the new Pixels or Iphone cameras, particularly in low light. I particularly like the extra wide angle back facing camera. This enable photos that would be impossible on other phones. Switching between the regular and wide angle camera is seamless and convenient. The included camera app is excellent and gives tremendous control over the cameras.Sound, Wifi, Bluetooth, data and phone calls all work as expected. LG has their own built in apps for email, calendar, phone, contacts and messaging that take advantage of the screen size, theming ability, and "QSlide" (LG's version of a floating mini window)There is built in high qualtiy audio recording, which is very bright and comes across when making videos as well.Battery life has been excellent. I have no need at all to charge during the day, and I don't carry around a charger. There have been mixed reviews of this, and perhaps it depends on how the phone is used. After a work day of light-moderate use (a few phone calls, whatsapp messaging through the day, a few web seraches and emails) I am left with 65-70% charge. If I have to use GPS that might drop to 50%, but of course in a car you can keep charging. Not that this phone uses USB-C so your old cables won't work. The phone charges 60-90 minutes depending on the charger you use.For tinkerers, the bootloader can be unlocked via the LG developers site, but this action is irreversible and nullifies the warranty.Overall a good phone and a good value, compared to other flagship phones.
