Have been wearing this for 2 months straight now, including a 10-day beach trip. It has never stained my skin. It tarnished a bit after I went in the pool, presumably in response to chlorine, but the ocean didn’t affect it at all. It’s incredibly comfortable and mostly stays in place. I have had no problems leaving it on inside sneakers or when wearing heels. It’s very cute and I’ve definitely received compliments on it.
