This is NOT BY HP as advertised - it is 'generic' FOR HP

Says "BY HP" but it is not, this is rebuilt or 'compatible' - comes in generic box. Might have known if I did more price comparisons but savings are not that substantial to trigger suspicion. 'buyer beware'

Poor printing quality

Poor printing quality; shades in the shape of lines appear all over the page. Changing the toner cartridge did not improve the printing quality.
