Product description ------------------- GI Joe Chenowth Desert Light Strike Vehicle with Exclusive G.I. Joe Action Figure From the Manufacturer --------------------- Manufactured by Chenowth of San Diego, California, the Light Strike Vehicle is the only combat-proven production vehicle in its class in the world. These vehicles are used extensively by special operations forces, including DELTA and the Navy SEALS, for covert operations and special missions. Capable of managing practically any terrain and compatible with a huge assortment of weaponry, the Chenowth Light Strike Vehicles make excellent scout and assault carriages. They offer substantial hitting power, an extended range of travel (960 kilometers) and a top road speed of 136 k.p.h. These vehicles proved their worth during the Persian Gulf War. This particular Light Strike Vehicle was designed in close association with Chenowth. This 3-seat vehicle features a primary weapon station with 360( arc of fire, designed to host a multitude of weaponry. It is decked out with a roof-ed .50 calibre belt fed machine and an M-60 machine which can be ed ahead of the front passenger seat or in the main weapons station for the swivel-seat ner. Additionally, two AT-4 anti-tank rocket launchers are carried on the roof. Special off-road tires allow the vehicle to transit the deep sand regions of the desert, while side compartments are used to carry supplies and gear.
