Good quality
I bought this watch to track my runs. It typically is very accurate, as I check it with other people who have different watches around me. Sometimes it takes a second to connect to GPS, but after that, works very well. The watch itself is pretty customizable, but it can be confusing as some settings you can only change on the watch, and some can only be changed in the app on your phone. If you just mess with it a little, it's easy to figure out though. Before I ordered the watch, I was worried about it getting cracked or scratched often, but I've had it for months and it only has a light, tiny scratch on the bottom. Despite the big screen, it's pretty durable and it's been bumped on its fair share of things. You can probably order a screen protector if you want, but I haven't and it still does fine. The step counter is pretty accurate as I've counted my steps then checked the watch, so it gets points for that, and the sleep tracker seems to be about right. All in all, for the cheapest GPS watch you can get, this is a very good quality one that has a lot of different setting options. I would definitely recommend!

Amazing watch
This watch did exactly what I expected! An amazing cheaper option for a sport watch!

Great Fitness & Health Tracker with a Terrible Band
The Amazfit Band 7 worked flawlessly for the period that I had it. The band that it comes with is terrible. It comes loose easily and if you're not paying attention your watch is gone. I had many mishaps and finally lost it. I would only get the Amazfit Band 7 if you are going to get an after market band that is secure. Other than the band the watch was great. Keeping it unpaired with my phone meant I could get close to 20 days between charges.

Excellent Value, Limited Watch Face and App Ecosystem
To frame this review, I'd like to point out that I purchased this entirely for sleep and exercise tracking and am using a normal digital wristwatch for normal watch functions. This thing has great battery life, looks sharp, and is a great size for readability. The UI is fairly easy to use and the touchscreen is responsive. I haven't used all of the features but lets go over the ones that I have. SLEEP TRACKING: This is the first device I've used that does sleep tracking and it seems to do a good job of it. The graphs are informative and it has helped me tighten up my sleep schedule automatically. I'm not sure of the science behind how it detects different states of sleep but it seems to be at least somewhat accurate. On days that show that I had more deep sleep, I certainly do feel more rested. MUSIC CONTROL: I use this to control my music or podcasts when working out. It works great and includes all the buttons you would need for that. ALEXA: The Alexa feature works great using the built in microphone. I do miss the built in speaker of the Bip 5 and the dedicated button that allow you to access this feature quickly but you can only fit so much into a small package. I use the Alexa feature regularly to set a quick countdown timer, a nap alarm, or to create reminders. It has also been useful for settling debates quickly e.g. "What quarterback has the most passing yards of all time". WORKOUT TRACKING: I've only used this with stationary workouts on an exercise bike but it does a good job of tracking and graphing your workout. WEATHER: The built in weather app works well and includes sunrise/sunset data as well as a 7 day forecast. It's good info at a glance but lacks detailed forecast information such as hourly forecasts. NOTIFICATIONS: The notifications system works well. You opt-in to each service you'd like to receive notifications for and your band will vibrate when one comes in. It's great at a glance. You can deny calls from the watchface, and send preset text messages (that you can customize in the app) when rejecting the call. I really wish they had programmed it to where you could respond to text messages with canned messages as well. Simple "Yes", "No", "I'm on the way", "Running late" etc would be extremely helpful. APPS / WATCH FACES: I counted roughly 30 free watch faces in their app store. The vast majority are paid options but I was able to find several free that suited me. There aren't a lot of apps to choose from and I didn't find anything in the app store that seemed useful to me in my daily life. POMODORO TIMER: This is a very simple feature but it can be life changing if you use it correctly. Basically this is a timer where you alternate between focusing on a task and taking a break. A popular setup is 25 minutes of focus followed by a 5 minute break. I regularly use this in my work to make sure that I stay on task, while not sitting on a single task so long that I am spinning tires.

Loved it, but not anymore
UPDATE: I had such high hopes for this product (see original post below) but now that I have been using it for less than a month: 1) I can no longer trigger it to come on through wrist activation-even after resetting etc 2) The distance calculator for running is off by about .2 miles 3) the brightness of the watch face (regardless of the background) has decreased overtime and nothing seems to be able to fix it 4) The watch is hit or miss in terms of activating it with touch so now not only does it not wrist activated, you never know if you will be able to activate it or not with touch Original POST: I have used several fitness trackers (Fitbit, Garmin) and recently got fed up with my Fitbit because I could never read the watch face if I was outside. I wanted to try something new, but didn't want to spend a lot of money. I like to use my fitness tracker for overall steps, calories and to see overall mileage during a run as well as overall calories burned during other workouts. I decided to get a refurbed Amazfit as the price was incredible. Here is what I LOVE about the watch and a few comments about what I will need to get used to: LOVE -there are so many watch faces to chose from, and everyone I have tried makes it so easy to see the information no matter where I am -love the look of this watch, it's a bigger face than my old Fitbit and I think the design is excellent -battery life is great -it was so easy to set up and the app is easy to navigate -love all the different workout options that are included, I swim a lot in the summer and it was fun to track it -just love it overall GETTING USED TO -it presents calories as Kcals and there is no way to change this, so I am learning how to convert to regular calories burned, a little annoying but considering how much I love the watch overall, not a big deal After two days with my Amazfit, I can't imagine ever using a Fitbit again. Even if the watch lasts only a year (hopefully not the case) at less than $40 it was a great purchase.

Works well for the price
Biggest complaint: either the watch won't charge, or the charger they sent with it does not work. I'm guessing it's the charger, but I'll have to pay for a new one to test before I know for sure which is extremely frustrating. Best feature: the size/shape and limited functionality. I have small wrists and I did not want a full blown smart watch, and ultimately chose this watch over others with those two things in mind. Overall opinion: surprisingly good for the price, but definitely not on par with some of the bigger brands out there. I'd say this is about a step and a half above a regular watch, and two or three steps behind a full smart watch. It does very basic things fairly well, and that's all I wanted so I'm happy with it. Considering that this watch cost $40, it works very well. There are limited watch faces to begin with and there's not much in the way of customization, but you'll probably be able to find one that is at least close to what you're looking for. The watch band it comes with is much ore comfortable than I expected and I never have any issues with it at home/out and about, but for some reason it constantly comes unhooked and almost falls off while I'm at work. Not sure why, because it isn't getting bumped or snagged on anything. It also has this weird issue where I'll look down to check the time and it has somehow scrolled through multiple screens and activated whole apps/functions without ever being touched, but this also only ever happens while I'm at work and never happens elsewhere. I've only been able to get it to stop by putting it on do not disturb and locking the screen. The sleep tracking feature is great, and the step counter is accurate enough for my purposes. The thing I love most is the size, though - smart watches are almost always too large or awkwardly shaped for my small wrists. I love that this one is just a slim rectangle and doesn't give me whatever the cankle equivalent for wrists is. When I received the watch, it had about 80% charge on it and wouldn't not charge with the cord at all. After about 36 hours of fairly heavy use/constantly messing with it, it dropped down to 51%. I've had it for 5 full days now and it's down to about 5%. After you've gotten everything set up how you want it, I do think it should be able to last 8-10 days on a full charge (if the charger they send you actually works) with normal daily use.

Works great!
I frickin love this little smart band. I use it to check on my heart rate because I just had a pacemaker placed. It's small and stays charged way longer than my galaxy smart watch. Also tells me if I have a text message or phone call etc. It's simple and efficient. Looks nice too.

Actually works
I decided I wanted to step away from my phone more but still wanted to know if any texts or calls came in while my phone was not next to me and so I started looking for a smart watch. Goodness. There’s a lot of cheap options but let me tell you - they don’t work! I bought three others before me this one, wasted so much time trying to figure them out and still they never actually worked. But this watch- ACTUALLY WORKS. For that, I’m happy. I wanted something smaller but since this is the only one that functions, I’ll deal with it. Now I get to put the phone away and see how it goes. This is day 1 so we will see but if that’s your reasoning to get a watch, choose this one and save yourself many headaches. Only negative thing I see is that there are very few free watch faces. Almost all of them cost money so that kind of stinks.
