So after reading negative things about these noodles, I looked up loads of different videos to find out the best way of making these.This is what worked for me. I washed the noodles lots of times with cold water until the liquid used to preserve the noodles disappeared. Then in a warm non-stick pan (NO OIL) I dried the noodles out by putting them in and moving them around the pan (you can use tongs), this is the important part and makes the noodles delicious!I then added to a mixture of mushrooms, garlic and a little sauce, AMAZING!

So long as you rinse them thoroughly these are a good substitute for pasta at a fraction of the calories.

Has a fishy smell, which goes away when washed and add some lemon juice; its good for weight lose because it's only 9 cal but the texture and taste are terrible.

Compares favourably to other konjac noodles and cheaper. I gave it a good rinse in water to remove the fishy smell and then added to a wok with olive oil, chilli flakes, soy sauce and rice vinegar. It took up the flavours well and had a good texture

The best for price for this product. I use them to replace pasta and in Asian food instead of rice noodles. They are tasteless so you can flavor them with any you like.

I was really looking forward to these helping my weight loss journey! But what a waste of money- they smell of fish and have the most vile rubber texture!!!! DONT BUY

i bought these for my partner, who like many of us are not getting the exercise we should during lock-down.Mixed with some veg and protein these are a great way to fill you, you certainly do feel full after eating them, and they are incredibly quick and easy to prepare.Would recommend to anyone, wanting to watch their caloric intake in these difficult times.
