Great Purchase
This headset for me was a great buy, because not only is it a brilliant head set for my dictation program, which is what I originally bought it for, but it also doubles up as a headset that is compatible with my iPhone and iPad, where I can listen to music, podcasts and take calls.

Broken
Microphone doesn’t work - sent off for repair as under warranty to be returned to me saying cannot repair as no serial number on the device! Not impressed at all.

Great headset from a reputable company
I’ve been using this headset for over four months now, and I’m thoroughly impressed with its performance. I connect it to my MacBook Pro M1 and use it daily for all my team calls while working from home.My only complaint is that the leather becomes uncomfortable after a while, and my ears get sweaty. This isn’t ideal, and I’m worried that the leather will wear out over time. It would be great if you could replace the air cups, but unfortunately, that’s not an option. This means that the headset has a limited lifespan, as it will eventually become damaged due to general wear and tear.On the positive side, the battery life is fantastic. I haven’t encountered any issues with the battery dying during a call, which is a common problem with other headsets. This means that I can simply put the headset back on charge after finishing a call.In terms of future-proofing, the headset offers a lot of customization options. You can set it to automatically answer calls and mute the microphone when you’re in a conference call. This is a great feature, especially if you frequently use the headset for work. Just take the time to set it up as you see fit.Overall, I’m very satisfied with this headset. It’s a great product that’s worth the money from a reputable company.

Really happy with my purchase
I just got it and did just couple of calls, but ny first impression is really good. What I like a most is that my ears are no longer being squeezed, the headphones are very comfortable. I used to use Sony XM4 and found them no good for longer use (for music - they are ok, but not for calls). I used to lose connectivity while walking around the house with the Sony but didn't get that with Poly.Very impressive first impression.

Was excellent until....
Had the unit 3 weeks and all was fine - calls on mobile and PC were goodShortly after the 3rd week the headset would disconnect and reconnect 3-5 seconds later during a callThis happened with mobile calls and PC calls and started shortly after a software update.Uninstalled the item and reinstalled the item, problem still persisted.I had to send the item back and buy another brand as I had lost faith in Poly (HP) headsets.I am on the call with clients a couple of hours per day and need to have reliable callsNeed to give a positve shout out to Headset Sales Limited as the customer service was excellent despite the failing product. I am disappointed having to return the item, as it was faulty I had no choice
