Bought this product as it felt cheap for everyday coffee. But didn't meet the expectations. The roasting was not at all fresh wich was expected. The flavour is insanely bitter, even when under extracted. Now since the beans are robusta, maybe it's how robusta taste, can't say for sure. But definitely not enjoyable as black coffee. Although it can be enjoyed with milk and some sort of sweetener. The good thing about this coffee is the caffeine kick and aroma. If you're looking for a cost effective product that wakes you up and gets you going for the day and you don't care about the flavor or prefer milk with coffee, then its an okish product. A big NO for black coffee drinkers.

The taste is really disappointing; I've never had coffee this bad in my life. CCD coffee is much better compared to what's available here. As a coffee lover who usually buys beans from outlets, this time it feels like I'm drinking something truly unpleasant.

The coffee is strong and bitter. Makes great traditional coffee with milk. I personally however prefer low bitter flavour. One can find the bitter taste overwhelming if had in form of expresso or Americano black coffee. This could mean that the beans are mainly robusta variety, while the listing here does not detail the blend or composition of beans.
